Site Supervisor

We are seeking a site supervisor for managing all on-site operations, ensuring that the work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to the project's specifications and schedule. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, such as contractors, suppliers, and laborers, to ensure smooth and effective project execution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Site Management:
Supervise day-to-day operations on the construction site.
Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the project's plans, specifications, and standards.
Monitor project progress and report updates to the project manager.
Safety and Compliance:
Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Team Coordination:
Manage, motivate, and provide guidance to site workers, subcontractors, and other personnel.
Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans to meet project deadlines.
Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on-site.
Quality Control:
Inspect and ensure the quality of work performed by subcontractors and laborers.
Prepare reports on project status, quality checks, and any issues encountered.
Resource Management:
Oversee the use and storage of materials, tools, and equipment on-site.
Track inventory and order materials as needed to avoid project delays.
Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient use of labor and materials.
Prepare and submit necessary documentation, such as timesheets, safety reports, and progress reports.
SKILLS
Proven experience as a site supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to read drawings, and specifications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
