The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with potential clients to build new business for the company. The candidate should be proactive and have strong communication skills. should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The candidate will be required to work on weekends and holidays and will have a day off during the week. The candidate should ideally be from a real estate/interior design background.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities

  • Coordinating meetings with potential clients both face to face and over the telephone.

  • Main focus will be client interaction and handling all their interior design requirements.

  • Preparing cost proposals and handing project requirements to the designers.

  • Planning CRM strategies with a view to increasing customer base.

  • Handle and track customer mails and provide professional support to customers on phone and mail.

  • Should be easily reachable.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and contact home owners looking to renovate/refurbish their homes.

  • Maintain sales and CRM reports along with project trackers.

  • Note client’s design brief diligently. No requirements should be lost in communication.

SKILLS

  • MBA/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • 2-5 years prior industry related to sales experience; preferably in the real estate sector.

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.

  • Proactive and self-motivated.

  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.
