Assistant Manager - Procurement



We are looking for an experienced person to manage the studio’s supply of products and services by ensuring quality control and adhering to the studio’s policies and procedures on supply chain management.


· Identify and engage potential suppliers/vendors based on project requirements

· Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with them regarding pricing, quality of supply etc. to secure advantageous terms

· Build and maintain long term relationship with suppliers/vendors and act as a point of contact between studio and suppliers

· Monitor and update relevant functions regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing

· Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production

· Process purchase orders to acquire goods

· Control the procurement budget and promote a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs


· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or business administration

· Proven experience of minimum 3years in managing supply chain operations in interior designing

· Strong understanding of procurement and negotiation techniques

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
